It’s only now that I have come to realize how hectic our lives have becomes. If hectic is not the right word, then busy. Busy busy busy. I and for the greater part almost everyone I know are always running around like a bunch of maniacs trying to make it from one thing to the next. I never even have time for a decent healthy nutritiously packed meal, so here are my tips for a few snacks you can carry around with you getting your fixes in a nutritious manner.
Treat Size Bottle Drinks from QiJuices
These bottles are amazing, all the goodness and freshness of fruits packed in a small bottle. I particularly love the Hydrate and the Treat.
